Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather district:
South Interior

Weather Situation
Hot to very hot and dry conditions, with fresh and gusty north to northwesterly winds ahead of a strong southerly cold change, expected to cross the South Interior district during the afternoon from the south, elevated fire danger conditions are expected to persist into the late evening in the strong southerly flow. Chance of thunderstorms.
