Flood Watch Number: 13
Flooding is a continued risk in the Flood Watch area from
Tuesday.
Rainfall is expected to continue along the Queensland coast
between Innisfail and Ingham into Wednesday.
Most catchments in the Flood Watch area have received rainfall
over the past week and will respond quickly to further
rainfall.
Renewed river level rises are possible and may result in further
flooding. Localised flooding and disruption to transport routes are
possible.
Catchments likely to be affected include:
Johnstone River
Tully River
Murray River
Herbert River
Flood Warnings remain current for the Tully, Murray, Herbert,
Belyando and Suttor Rivers
