Strong and squally north to northwest winds developing late Monday morning.

Weather Situation:
A cold front will move across the south of the State during Monday afternoon and evening.

North to northwest winds averaging 40-60 km/h with damaging wind gusts around 100 km/h, are forecast in the warning area from late Monday morning, ahead of a west to northwest change 30-50 km/h during the afternoon and early evening.

Locations which may be affected include Port Lincoln, Mount Gambier, Kingscote, Naracoorte, Victor Harbor and Meningie.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are severe.
