Very hot and very windy conditions developing

Weather Situation: Strengthening and gusty northerly airstream.

Damaging winds, averaging 60-70 km/h with peak gusts 90 to 100 km/h are forecast to develop in the warning area during Sunday morning.

Locations which may be affected include Port Augusta, Roxby Downs, Leigh Creek, Hawker, Jamestown and Woomera.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are severe.
