Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Greater Sydney Region, Lower Central West Plains, Southern Slopes and Northern Riverina

Weather Situation
Extreme fire danger continues on Friday afternoon for the Northern Riverina and South Western fire districts with fresh and gusty northwesterly winds.

On Saturday, hot conditions with fresh northeast to northwesterly winds along the coast, tending fresh northwesterly inland ahead of a southerly change developing in the south, reaching central areas at night, gusty along the coast. The chance of thunderstorms along the ranges and coast, and across the southern inland.
