Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Greater Sydney Region, Illawarra/Shoalhaven, Monaro Alpine, Southern Ranges and Southern Slopes, Australian Capital Territory

Weather Situation
Very hot, dry and windy conditions will lead to extreme fire danger over the southeastern parts of NSW on Saturday. A cooler and gusty west to southwesterly wind change through inland parts, and south to southeasterly wind change through coastal parts in the afternoon and evening. Isolated thunderstorm developing with the additional risk of dry lightning.
