Catastrophic Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather district:
Barkly North
Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Gregory South East and Barkly South

Weather Situation
Fresh and gusty southeasterly winds combined with hot and dry conditions will cause elevated fire dangers through central parts of the Northern Territory for the remainder of Wednesday and again on Thursday.
