Locally damaging winds with showers and storms through the Murraylands.

Weather Situation: A complex low pressure system located over the Southern Ocean extends a strong cold front over South Australia today. Gusty showers and possible thunderstorms are generating damaging winds about far southeast SA near the Victorian border.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Lameroo and Bordertown.

104 km/h was recorded at Lameroo at 5:38 pm.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Move cars under cover or away from trees.
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
