A line of severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts continue into the evening.

Weather Situation: A hot and unstable airmass is in place around a surface trough in the west of the state. A line of severe thunderstorms have developed ahead of the trough and is moving to the east and southeast and will continue through until the mid-evening.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Coober Pedy and Tarcoola.

Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the West Coast district and the warning for this district is CANCELLED.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Move cars under cover or away from trees.
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
