Severe thunderstorms with heavy rainfall about the far south east of the state.

Weather Situation: An upper low in combination with a surface trough is triggering thunderstorms about the south east of the state.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Mount Gambier.

Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the Upper South East district and the warning for this district is CANCELLED.

Observations to 6:00pm include:

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
