Damaging wind gusts expected to develop through the West Coast and
Eyre Peninsula from late this morning.
Weather Situation: A strong northerly flow ahead of an approaching
cold front is expected to produce damaging winds for parts of the
West Coast and Eyre Peninsula from late this morning and through
the afternoon.
Strong northerly winds with DAMAGING WIND GUSTS of around 90 km/h
are possible over the West Coast and Eyre Peninsula from the late
morning, easing into the early evening.
Locations which may be affected include Ceduna, Wudinna, Cleve,
Elliston and Streaky Bay.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are
severe.
