MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE ACROSS MULTIPLE CATCHMENTS FROM EARLY THURSDAY MORNING

A low pressure system off the west coast is forecast to move to the southwest coast during Wednesday, clearing away to the south by Thursday.

Moderate rainfall totals were recorded in the northwest and southeast of the state since Tuesday.

Moderate rainfall totals are likely over parts of north and west of Tasmania during Wednesday and are likely to contract to the State's west during Thursday, before easing on Friday.

River level rises are occurring, and minor flooding is possible across the Flood Watch area from early Thursday morning.
