This Watch and Act message is being issued for Boroka Track, west of Halls Gap.
There is a bushfire at Boroka Track, Halls Gap that is not yet under control.
The bushfire is travelling southerly direction towards the Wonderland area.
This message is for people who may be walking along the Boroka Track or Grampians Peaks Trail.
People in the Halls Gap township can remain.
Don't wait, leaving now is the safest option - conditions may change and get worse very quickly. Emergency services may not be able to help you if you decide to stay.
What you should do:
Leave the walking track area and return to Halls Gap or the home of family or friends that are away from the warning area.
Monitor changes to the situation. Increased wind speed, change in wind direction, smoke or poor visibility can indicate the situation is changing.
Protect yourself and your family.
