Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Greater Sydney Region and Southern Slopes

Weather Situation
Freshening, gusty west to northwesterly winds, stronger over southeastern districts, combined with hot conditions and low relative humidity will result in Extreme Fire Danger over the Greater Sydney Region and Southern Slopes fire weather districts on Sunday. Winds are expected to shift milder, gusty southwesterly inland and colder, fresh to strong and very gusty southerly over coastal areas from the south during the afternoon and evening. The gusty southerly coastal change is expected to reach Sydney towards midnight Sunday.
