INTENSE RAINFALL OCCURRING OVER RIPPLE DOWNS, SOUTHWEST OF MOONIE.

Weather Situation: An inland trough is combining with moist and unstable conditions to produce severe thunderstorms.

VERY DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORMS are likely to produce heavy, locally intense rainfall that may lead to dangerous and life-threatening flash flooding and damaging winds over the next several hours in parts of the Darling Downs and Granite Belt district. Locations which may be affected include Moonie.
