Thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall in North East Pastoral district during the early morning.

Weather Situation: Slow moving thunderstorms in a moist and unstable environment are producing heavy rainfall in far northeast South Australia through the early morning.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Moomba, Innamincka, Mungeranie on the Birdsville Track and the Strzelecki Track south of Moomba.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
