Isolated damaging wind gusts continuing in the far southeast.

Weather Situation: A vigorous southwesterly airstream is continuing about the far southeast of the state, and is expected to ease during this afternoon as a high pressure system approaches.

Strong southwesterly winds with DAMAGING WIND GUSTS of around 90 km/h are possible about the Lower South East today, south of about Robe. Winds are expected to ease during the afternoon.

Locations which may be affected include Mount Gambier and Millicent.

107 km/h wind gust recorded at Cape Jaffa at 11:51pm last night

106 km/h wind gust recorded at Mount Crawford at 12:06am this morning

105 km/h wind gust recorded Mount Gambier Airport at 10:20pm last night

104 km/h wind gust recorded at Mount Gambier at 10:20pm last night

98 km/h wind gust recorded at Munkora at 11:31pm last night

94 km/h wind gust at Edithburgh at 10:25pm last night

90 km/h wind gust at Naracoorte at 2:04 am this morning

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are severe.
